    Full description

''During the pandemic, I decided to start a new project making a quartet of violins after opening my own workshop in June 2020. This cremona violin was a part of that series, and among those violins, it was the firstborn. This cremona violin, the “Titian 2020,” was built based on the “P form”. The “P form” was the essential form from the golden period of Antonio Stradivarius. This medium-size model has a compact shape so that the musician can play comfortably. I am delighted with the results. I used oil and spirit varnish with a beautiful orange-brown color on a golden base.'' Anna Arietti

Violin Bow by Kurt Dolling, Markneukirchen, c.1960

    By Kurt Dolling  |

This great Modern German bow was made by the hands of a mastermaker. Amongst the greater names of the bow-making tradition in Markneukirchen, Kurt Dolling's bows are sought after for their reliability, precision, and functionality. From our point of view, this bow exceeds for its precisely shaped and curved strong octagonal stick.
