Amorim Fine Violins Cremona provides your instrument with insurance until the comfort of your home. The instruments are carefully packaged by our professionals in our workshop located in Cremona. Special packaging was developed to ensure a safe transition. A specialized delivery carrier will deliver your masterpiece to the delivery address provided during the acquisition. You will get a notification from the carrier when your instrument from Amorim Fine Violins Cremona is about to arrive. Arranged delivery times will be set between you and the carrier. Shipping and package costs are 100% covered by Amorim Fine Violins Cremona, except when our carrier partners do not cover the delivery destination. Import taxes, import licenses, and other expenses related to the import procedure are the buyer’s responsibility. If your instrument from Amorim Fine Violins Cremona happens to arrive broken or damaged, Amorim Fine Violins Cremona covers all return costs and manages any buyer’s compensation.

The 15-day trial period is covered under the insurance of Amorim Fine Violins Cremona. The insurance covers transportation until the destination, as well as the 15 days the instrument will be with you, however, there are some exceptions. See our Terms and Conditions to read them all. Exchange policy

As we believe in the quality of the instruments and because we believe in a long and trusting relationship with our clients, we guarantee the repurchase of the instrument for the same value acquired, in case of an exchange for another instrument of greater value, available at the time.

Sales policy for Luiz Amorim’s commissions

30-day Trial

In compliance with our sales policy for instruments made by Luiz Amorim, the buyer will be able to try the instrument for a period of one month after delivery. In case that the customer is not satisfied with the product, we guarantee the return of the full amount paid or the exchange for another instrument made by Luiz Amorim, at the time of availability. The instrument must be in the same condition as it was at the time it was purchased.

Exchange Policy

We like to build long and lasting relationships with our clients and guarantee the repurchase of the instrument for the same value acquired, in case of an exchange for another instrument of greater value.

Free Home Trial

Amorim Fine Violins Cremona provides EU residents Only, a two-week free home trial service to help you make your final purchase decision. We will provide you with a free shipment to send you the instrument and in case of a return, the return cost of 50 euros will be the customer’s responsibility.

By submitting your request for a free home trial and in consideration of our order’s acceptance, you are agreeing that if you do not return the instrument sent to you in the free home trial service, within 15 calendar days following the arrival at the designated address, you will have placed an order to buy the product. If the person chooses to buy, after the home trial, they are not subject to the 30 days free trial policy and exchange policy after 30 days. This is only for those who buy without the home trial service.

Anything provided free as part of that offer, must also be returned and equally, be in a new condition. Goods returned that are marked or damaged in any way, or when there are items missing, or items that were a special order will not be eligible under the terms of this program.

The trial period commences from the actual date you received the instrument. The goods must be returned to us by the 15th calendar day thereafter. Goods arriving outside that period will not be eligible for return. The money received in payment of the return cost goods will not be eligible for a refund. The 14-days period ceases to operate where you have agreed to keep the goods during the above period. This avoids any issues with part exchanges being sold.

If you are unsure about your trial period, please contact us to clarify. To return goods, you must first notify us in writing of your intention to return it. The customer interested in the service must provide all the personal information requested and ID verification.

The Free Home Trial is available to EU residents only and is not offered to any addresses outside the EU.

At Amorim Fine Violins, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to ensure clients can get their strings wherever they are. For shipments to countries within the European Union, we cover all shipping costs to ensure a seamless experience. Please, note that for deliveries outside the European Union, shipping costs and any related fees are the clients’ responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your purchase in case you shouldn’t be satisfied with it, as we want our clients to be happy with their experience at Amorim Fine Violins.
To be eligible for a return, the strings must comply with the following conditions:

• They must be in the original packaging, which must be sealed
• They must be unused and in the same condition that you received them

Please, note that strings that have been removed from their original packaging and are no longer sealed are non-returnable.

1. RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@amorimfineviolins.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please, make sure to include the reason of your return in your message. You will then have an additional 14 days to send the strings back to us. Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, and you must make sure the item has a tracking number once you have shipped it to let us be updated on your return.
