This policy explains the cookies, similar device storage and third-party connections used on amorimfineviolins.com. The controller is AMORIM FINE VIOLINS CREMONA S.R.L., Piazza Marconi 8, 26100 Cremona CR, Italy, VAT ID IT01676710195. Contact: luan@amorimfineviolins.com. Please read this together with our Privacy Notice.
Necessary technologies support website delivery, security and the choices you request. Statistics, advertising and optional external content (such as embedded videos) require your prior consent. When you first visit, you can select Accept all, Reject optional or Manage preferences. Closing the banner continues with necessary technologies only. Ordinary browsing and inquiries remain available if you refuse the optional services.
You can change or withdraw a choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the website footer. We apply changes to future processing and remove optional first-party storage under our control where technically possible. Your browser controls can also delete stored cookies, but they do not replace the consent choices on our website. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful.
Cookies are small values stored in your browser. Local storage, pixels, tags and network requests can also process information. A service may receive your IP address, the page address and device information even if it sets no cookie. A cookie-free request is therefore not automatically outside data-protection rules.
Necessary storage is used only where it meets the applicable legal exemption for transmission or for a service you request. Optional storage and tracking rely on your consent under the Italian cookie rules and, for related personal-data processing, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Necessary security processing relies on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).

With your statistics consent, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) helps us understand visits, viewed pages and interactions. Google Tag Manager distributes our configured tags; it is not itself a lawful basis or proof of consent. Until you give the relevant consent, the Google container and analytics resources are blocked and do not load. Statistics-only consent does not enable advertising.
Under the current configuration, Google Analytics operates in a cookieless mode and does not store analytics cookies (such as _ga) in your browser. If this configuration changes so that analytics cookies are set, this policy and the inventory will be updated to reflect the actual cookie names, providers and lifetimes. We keep Google Signals, advertising personalisation and unnecessary data sharing disabled unless separately approved and disclosed.
With your marketing consent, we use Google Ads and Meta advertising integrations to measure advertising interactions and, where specifically enabled, personalise advertising. Google AdSense is not used. These providers may combine interaction information with information they already hold. You can refuse or withdraw this consent through Cookie settings. The specific advertising services, hosts and storage are listed in our production consent evidence.
Videos use a locally hosted preview and an informed Load this video control. Until you choose to load a video, no player, remote thumbnail, preconnection or other YouTube resource is requested. Enabling a video can disclose your IP address and interaction information to Google/YouTube, even in privacy-enhanced mode. Consent given through this control applies only to the selected video service — not to statistics, advertising or the newsletter.
Our fonts and the 360-degree instrument viewer are served from our own hosting and do not require optional tracking to operate, although ordinary hosting logs still apply. GeoJS (get.geojs.io) is used by the consent banner to detect your region and present the correct notice; its request discloses network data but sets no cookie. cdn-reach.hostinger.com is our content-delivery endpoint used to deliver website files.
The relevant service providers can receive technical data when their service is activated. Some processing or support may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Our hosting production server is located in the United States (Arizona), with backups in the United States (Boston). Google and Meta services may also involve transfers to the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. See the international-transfer section of our Privacy Notice, and contact us for information about the safeguards applying to a particular transfer.
We remember your preference for one year and do not repeatedly ask for consent after a refusal, except after a material change or where we can no longer recognise your choice (for example, after you delete cookies). You may reopen settings at any time through the Cookie settings link.
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
