A Violin by Martin Stoyanov

Violin by Martin Stoyanov, Cremona, 2020

This cremona violin, a Stradivari model, was crafted by the hands of an experienced maker. It is a great example of Cremonese traditional handcraftsmanship. In our judgment, the high spot of this cremona violin is the delicate deep fluting around the f-holes wings and lower eyes. This is a true cremona violin masterpiece More

      Full description

The spruce used for the top has regular medium grains. The textured two-piece back maple with medium flames came from the Balkans. The sides and neck are similar to the back. The violin is covered by golden-brown oil varnish. This violin is ready to be your new mean of expression.
"In all my creations, I use the same philosophy; each instrument (cremona violin) must be structured step by step, starting from studying the raw material and ending with the aesthetic part, which, while following the canons of traditional lutherie, brings back my personality. Being a luthier is not just following measurements and thicknesses. Experience has taught me that nothing should be done without knowing "why?" - dedication is needed for every single violin instrument and piece of wood. When having my violin in hand, I want the musician to feel able to express his music without obstacles." Martin Stoyanov

      Martin Stoyanov

For several years Martin has been researching the acoustic field. All of his instruments are designed individually, starting from the raw piece of wood. His energies are focused on building a comfortable, easy-to-play instrument that offers maximum acoustic performance.Learn more

Violin Bow by Kurt Dolling, Markneukirchen, c.1960

      By Kurt Dolling  |

This great Modern German bow was made by the hands of a mastermaker. Amongst the greater names of the bow-making tradition in Markneukirchen, Kurt Dolling's bows are sought after for their reliability, precision, and functionality. From our point of view, this bow exceeds for its precisely shaped and curved strong octagonal stick.
